    Initial Visit:

    - Conduct a thorough review of relevant documents. Ensuring that all are within timescale.

    - Observe current practices within the home.

    - Engage in a detailed discussion with the home manager.

    - Provide immediate recommendations for improvement where necessary.

    Report Writing:

    - Dedicate one hour to composing a comprehensive report.

    - Ensure the report is sent to the Responsible Individual (RI), Registered Manager (RM), and OFSTED.

    - Facilitate contact with professionals to gather feedback and insights.
